One Simple Mission…
Find great destinations with great golf.
Find great people tell the story.
And take our audience along for the ride.
We’ve Been on the Road for 15 Years.
Traveling Golfer has always been about more than golf.
It’s about where the game takes us. The courses we discover. The places we stay. The food we find. The people we meet. And the stories that happen somewhere between the first tee and the trip home.
For 15 years, we’ve been telling those stories.
From a Golf Column to a Golf Travel Network
Traveling Golfer didn’t begin as a television show.
It began with a golf column, followed by magazine articles and radio. Then came television, where Traveling Golfer grew into an award-winning golf travel series and spent a decade reaching golfers through NBC Sports.
As media changed, so did we.
Today, Traveling Golfer is a multimedia golf travel network creating and distributing content across television, streaming, digital, social and mobile platforms.
The format has changed.
The reason we do it hasn’t.
Find great golf. Find great destinations. Find great people. And take our audience along for the ride.
Golf Is the Reason. Travel Is the Experience.
A great golf trip has never been only about the golf course.
It’s the road getting there. The hotel. The local restaurant somebody told you not to miss. The brewery after the round. The beach. The mountains. The 19th hole. The people you meet and the stories you bring home.
That’s the world Traveling Golfer covers.
One destination can create a lot of stories.
We intend to tell them.
Come Along for the Ride.
Whether you're looking for the next course to play, the next destination to visit, the next great meal after 18, or simply a good reason to throw the clubs in the car and go somewhere, you've come to the right place.
